Starting A Amatuer Game Making Group

Heyy ppl iv had quite alot of ideas for games over a couple of years and always wanted to make one but i realised it would be best not to do it on my own thats where I NEED YOU to join my group will will make all kind of games and in time maybe full 3D games if we have the right software. I am quite new to this so i dont know what kind of people we need so just reply with....

I have 2 short games under my belt, one was a 48 hour GameJam effort with 5 others from the TIGA developer and design sections, we all played our part in qa testing and kept a professional attitude, both puzzle games.
I know most about 3D environmental modeling, lighting and rendering, prop making, skinning, rigging, I use mainly the Autodesk 3DS MAX 2012 Educational suite.

I've got qualifications in photography, art and animation, media, web design, concept art.

Good with a digital pad on photoshop when a conceptual sketch is ready to carry on from, i dabble in programming from time to time.

I am very creative and would like to start as designer for characters etc as iv won 2 competations (only school) but the most of the school joined to design the stadium for 2012 as i used google sketch up and learn quickly with programs and i am a beginner so im not sure which path i should take yet

Yea u can join but your examples link doesnt work the first game will be cartoon and from the side view so good art skills is essentional as its the main feature as a kind of different design of other zombie games. To all ideas are defiantly welcome

Sounds simple enough , like an original sonic the hedgehog based platformer yes?
The main person we need is a good programmer, without a programmer to put the whole load of assets together will be useless then when we have our team we need an SVN (Sub-Version Network) where you can access all the new files to update daily, simply google SVN and find the best one for any particular game.

You have my e-mail address, feel free to contact me directly, but when we have a programmer, i will gladly help put together a 2D cartoon platformer or whatever game type you choose, when you get the team together, send e-mails to all involved (preferably 1 designer to take command of the game and if youwant to make the game come along well, 3 artists and 2 programmers.
Lastly before the GDD is sent out to every member of the team you need to send an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to keep the game under-wraps and legaly binding so we can all get going on the project.

The NDA is not nearly as important as the Collaboration Agreement.

What is the collaberative agreement i havn't heard of that yet, but i assume it covers not talking about a project in development, (as a team)???
Please share what you know. i am giving up spare study time to help out so, any idea's please do share with the group.

4. That is a very bad idea. While you are a student, job #1 must be to do your best at your studies. Portfolio-building has to be job #2 or #3.
