Where to study my master?

Hi everyone,

I wanna study a Master in Game Design in USA, but don't know which university to choose.

I'm from Argentina and have studied my bachelor in Business Administration in Buenos Aires, after that I did a one year course in Game Design also here in Buenos Aires, but the thing is that this is as far as the Game Design education can go here. At the moment I'm working as a Game Designer making iOS games here in Argentina, but my idea is to work in one of the big companies (Nintendo, EA, Ubisoft and the like) and those companies don't have offices here, so I figured that going to study to USA could help me learn more about game design practices and also aim for a job of such specifications.

If you need any more data regarding my experience that might help in advising me please let me know and I will provide it.

Oh I forgot to say that financial aid would be needed from the University or maybe the possibility to work in the University to help me pay for the studies.

I'm looking for scholarships and such also on my own, but if anyone knows of any please let me know.

What kind of Visa do you have? Are you legal resident of the United States? If you are legal resident, you can apply for FAFSA here. Otherwise, each college offers scholarships so you can ask at the University you are interested applying.

I am not sure which University you should go to. It all depends on your budget, grades, etc. The best thing to do is to search for top schools in your major and then see whether it is something that fits you.

If you looking for an alternative to USA you could look at universities in Australia. For example Monash university in Melbourne has a great Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture and they offer courses in Game Design
