Developing new game. Advice and collaboration to a novice

I am looking for someone to help me develop my gaming idea. I have no experience or education in this field. But I am very clear on my game idea and determined to develop my game. It should be able to operate on apple, adriods, social networking sites, mobile devices and other platforms. It should be in 3D format. Some fighting and driving. As you can see I am probably using the wrong lingo but I know what I want. If you can help with advice or anything else please let me know, it will be appreciated. Thanks
