As the title suggests, i mite be looking into possibly hiring a small set of programmers in the late future. Because I've already got a design, concept and various other things completed.
But naturally, I don't know where one would hire such people. |

Hopefully, you also have a business plan (a plan for releasing, distributing, marketing, and monetizing the game so you can make your money back).
One place where you can look for programmers and artists is the gamedev.net Classifieds forum. You can also check Gamasutra's Contractors page, and you can go to game conferences and local IGDA mixers.

I've got a business plan create, i wrote that about 3 years ago. The only things from the top of mind i haven't got is a template contract.
