FPS Game Feeler

Hello all. I am new to the forums and this is myn first post here. I am putting out feelers for game developers/programmers for an FPS idea that I have. Unfortunately I have little to no experience with code and the goal here is to create a Game Design Document (which I am already working on) and hopefully get picked up by one of the big boys out there. I am willing to foot the bill to create a small studio and get the ball rolling but most likely will have to compensate main employees with shares of the company until we can recieve funding. I know it is a gamble but without risk there can be no reward. Let me know what you guys think about this? NYC area. Thanks.
