I've already answered this question several times to the best of my ability. Merely repeating the question is futile.

As a VERY general baseline rule, work out how long it would take you do the model (hr), multiple it by your hourly rate of doing a 3D artist's job and times it again by about 2.5.

Sorry if you feel annoyed. But in my head I'm thinking like a popular character from PS3 cost like 300$.So in the forums the developers are mainly making games for Pc,Ipad. So by knowing the standard price for popular character,I can make sure my price fee isn't close to proffesional price.

2. You're more interested in asking questions than you are in actually doing any work. Otherwise, you would be already negotiating with some help seekers on gamedev's HW board. You are dead set on doing this for money, and not for your name in the game's credits. So... Don't worry about what a pro charges. Don't even name a figure at all -- make the clients tell you how much they're willing to pay. Say "no thanks" to all the ones who want to pay you in future royalties. When someone actually names a dollar figure, decide whether you can accept that figure or not. Then get it in writing, and have your parents sign the contract for you since you are a minor.

I have a promising client actually. Here is a quotation from his message
"Once we need some 2D background images/designs, I will come back to your offer. "What do I need to get ready? |

What were the designs? How much did are charging? Are you doing this as an individual or as a company? What if you get sued for the work you do? Do you have an accountant? Do you need one? Have you checked your local TAX law? Are you using legal software? Does the client want this done remotely or on site? Do you have the specifications of the job? Do you have a template contract prepared? Does it protect you from non-payment? How does the client want the work delivered? etc.

Nothing. It's a polite way of saying he doesn't need your 2D help right now. Keep looking.
