I'm a Final Year student at my university, studying Game Design, and for my FYProject, I chose my topic as a Critical Analysis of Game Production Practices. I plan to create an online knowledge repository to hold and show data gathered from a survey sent to various game producers.
I'd be eager to hear anyone's thoughts or opinions on the subject, but primarily I'm looking for any similar existing studies for a 2-5 page review if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks in advance! |

Gamasutra Production articles seems to be the best place for you. Anything in particular you are looking for? Are you looking for things like using Agile in development?

Pretty much. Agile, Cascade, Code-Like-Hell methods etc have all been researched, I just plan to send a survey asking industry professionals their opinions on each practice.
Thanks for the Gamasutra Production suggestion. Any more? |
