Hi all,
It's been a wonderful experience on this forum, but sadly, I'm about to move out of the administrator role. Moving forward, Simon Carless and Christian Nutt, both from Gamasutra, will be acting as the primary admins.

To not mince words, I got laid off. If my future endeavors keep me in the game space, I'll be sure to pop in from time to time.

I'll be here through the end of this week (March 13, 2009). Best of luck to you all!

Hey guys,

Simon here - I'm publisher of Gamasutra and GameCareerGuide.com, among other things. Thanks to Jill for her great work on the site, and we are truly sorry to see her go.

However, I think a couple of the admins know me from when I sorted out their forum privileges a few months ago, and rest assured that you will see continued features and news coverage on GCG.com - albeit spread among existing staff members on our properties, instead of with one dedicated person. (We do also intend to continue the Game Design Challenges, likely at a monthly rate.)

Myself and Christian will try to keep up in here every now and again to make sure things are going OK, and we thank you for your patience through this transition period.

Regards,
Simon Carless

That's a shame, but thanks Jill for the time you've spent here, like the others said, it's been great how you kept giving input & feedback to the folks around here. Good luck in whereever you go to next!
