Give us more information on what the top gaming companies want in new recruit's. From portfolio's to actual software and programs the companies use. I would love to see more information on Art workflows.

Great suggestion!

What do you mean by "top gaming cmpanies?" The "top" companies, in terms of retail sales, are not necessarily the ones who are the best to work for or the best to find satisfying entry-level work with.

Small game development houses want vastly different things than large ones. Would you be interested in hearing about those differences? Are you more interested in small studios or large ones? Even the manner of recruiting is totally different between large and small studios. I had drinks the other night with some developers who work in New York, and they told me they recruit out of the top design schools in Manhattan (such as SVA, Parsons, Prat) via job fairs, rather than find "game students."
