Default Masters in Game Design and Development

Hi, I'm an about to graduate student from MMU, Malaysia, taking a degree in Multimedia, Majoring in Virtual Reality (with Game Elements). I'm sorta planning to get a masters in game design and development somewhere overseas, after I graduated from my current course.

Some of you are gonna ask why I wanna study again? Or why I wanna take a masters in game design and development, when it's not really necessary, you can learn all those things through experience, blah, blah, blah?

Well, one, I'm still young, when I graduated, I'll be about 21, I still have some more time left to get another degree, but my mom insist that I get a masters; two, I wanna go out, somewhere overseas to explore the outside world, instead of getting stuck here, work and then 10 years past, I still haven't cross anything off my wish list yet; three, I wanna learn more, I wanna work in those companies who made my favorite games, learn about how these people are so freaking awesome to have make this kind of games...

As for the places I wish to go... I'm hoping for somewhere nearer to Malaysia like Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore... And if those that I mentioned doesn't have this kind of master course, well then, I'll consider Montreal or Toronto... somewhere in Canada, which is like the Silicon Valley for games industry, rite?

Well if you have any good recommendation, tell me then~

1. I wouldn't go that far, but yes, those cities are game hotbeds. Look them up in gamedevmap and gameindustrymap.
2. Don't prattle on so much, and do more reading and research. Ask good questions.
