Looking for dedicated artist/programmers in Bogota, Colombia to help build Dev studio

Hey Fellow Developers,

I’m a game artist/developer from Australia and I have moved to Bogota Colombia 3 months ago.
I’m currently working as an English teacher here and i have a 1 year working visa.
In Australia I was working at a game studio called Torus Games, and helped build a bunch of licensed titles so i have a lot of experience with creating a final finished product to be shipped.
I have a grand idea to build a Game Dev studio here in Bogota and i have a bunch of game pitches that I am working on. I’ve already begun work on the conceptual stage of building a prototype in the UDK.

Obviously this is not a payed job so don't get the wrong idea. BUT i do plan to sell this game and i have a lot of ideas of marketing it and we can make a lot of money from it eventually.
