I have had a passion for video games my whole life. I have always seen myself as someone who could do well in the video game industry. I have all the leadership qualities of being a project manager so i feel that's were i would shine in the video game industry right now I am a junior in high school but i know that i want to go to an art school right out of high school so my question is what art schools are best to learn about video game production.

So I assume you want to learn about creating game art (not game production), if you want to go to art school. If you go to art school, you're going to be creating an art portfolio and seeking an art job (not a producer job).
Read http://sloperama.com/advice/lesson7.htm and http://sloperama.com/advice/lesson34.htm for starters, then perhaps you could rephrase your question. Also, "best" is subjective. Only YOU can determine what school is "best" for YOU. http://sloperama.com/advice/lesson25.htm
