Thanks, I've read it twice. To sum it up, I need to write, I need to gain professional experience in writing, I need to get formal education as well though it would be very hard to get it here, and I need to be innovative in getting my name out there.

I'd like to ask if there are any hindrances to non native speakers who wish to be writers in English?
