I recommend that you not spend your GI bill money at any for-profit school, and I don't recommend any degree shorter than 4 years.
If you don't have art talent, I don't recommend you pursue an art degree.
I recommend you read up on the careers in games, then pick an entry pathway for yourself, then get whatever education you like that is also appropriate for your chosen career.
